How do I book a party?

Contact us through our website or social media (@brandedhatbar), to discuss availability. We require a minimum of 8 hats to book a party. Private parties require $200 deposit to reserve calendar date.

Do I need to make a reservation?

Reservations are preferred. Visit our events page to find your private party or pop-up and book your reservation. Walk-ins are always welcome, however we can not promise there will not be a wait.

What are your prices?

Kids hats - $75; Suede - $150; Wool - $200; Premium - $250+

Price of hats includes a hat + 3 bands + 2 feathers + 1 brooch + simple brand

*Additional charge for extra embellishments or extensive branding

What type of hats do you carry?

We carry several different brands of hats. We have wide brim, cowboy, and straw hats. Material of our hats range from 100% wool/felt hats, suede and straw.

We also carry women’s trucker hats with feather embellishments as well as men’s trucker hats with blank leather patches that can be branded with anything that can fit.

How do your hats fit?

Most of our wool hats are “one size fits most” with an adjustable inner band. Our premium hats come in S, M, L. Our suede hats are not adjustable but do have an inner elastic band for added security. We can also add foam hat band adjusters for a perfect fit. Concerned we don’t have a large enough hat for you? We can special order fitted hats! This will take about 2 weeks so please plan accordingly.

What do I need for a party?

Just your friends and a spot to come together. We bring everything we need; hats, accessories, tables, mirror, a shelf for hats and branding tools.

We do use open flame and need access to electricity for branding. Note, branding of hats does put off that burning smell, like salon during a perm, ventilation is a must!

Can I bring my own hat to be decorated?

Yes! There is a $50 decorating fee for personal hats. Embellishments are priced $5 per item added, branding ranges from $5-$100 depending on intricacy. Only hats that are 100% wool, suede and some straw hats can be branded. Polyester blend hats will not be branded.

Can I get other items branded?

Yes! We love getting creative! We can brand any leather items as well. We have branded boots, baseball gloves, wallets and leather purses. Bring them to your next event and we would be happy to work with them!
